The Project

FoodBowl sought to enhance their client journey processes to improve client experience and operational efficiency. As a growing food innovation facility, they required review of their client onboarding and production workflows to support increased capacity. The project aimed to streamline these workflows, optimise client turnaround times across stakeholder interactions, and provide transparency for clients to better understand the process from initial enquiry through to production completion.

Our Approach

Foodscope conducted detailed process mapping documenting the entire client journey from initial enquiry through to post-production follow-up. We analysed stakeholder roles, communication flows, and operational workflows. Our review identified various improvement opportunities, including communication protocols and streamlined process flows with clear accountability.

Results Achieved

Successfully delivered detailed process documentation including workflow maps, standardised forms, and clear handover protocols between business teams. The new process framework reduces client onboarding time, eliminates duplicate data entry, and provides visibility of project status across all stakeholders, allowing improved operational efficiency and client experience.
